·          Diploma holder with at least 1 years relevant experience

·          Experience in PC/Win98/Win XP/internet support & networking

·          Experience in Windows server or Linux Support is must

·          Experience in shell scripts, Windows programming

·          Experience in Unix and AIX support is an added advantage
